Delivery

We deliver across Gauteng (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Ekurhuleni, Sedibeng, West Rand) with free delivery on orders over R500. For bulk orders (20L+), we service wider South Africa via logistics partners. Refill stations are located at our Walkerville facility and select retail partners — check our store locator for the nearest point.

Bring any clean, food-grade container (5L, 10L, 20L, or your own bottles) to our Walkerville refill station or partner locations. We sanitize the opening, fill with freshly purified RO water, and seal. Pay per liter at R2.50/L — up to 70% less than pre-bottled. Containers must be clean; we reserve the right to refuse visibly contaminated vessels.

Products

Reverse Osmosis is a multi-stage filtration process that forces water through a semi-permeable membrane with pores of 0.0001 microns. It removes up to 99% of dissolved solids, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and chemical contaminants while retaining essential minerals. Our 7-stage system includes sediment filtration, carbon block, RO membrane, post-carbon polishing, UV sterilization, and mineral balancing.

We source from the municipal supply in Walkerville, Gauteng. This water then undergoes our proprietary 7-stage Reverse Osmosis purification process in our ISO 22000:2018 certified facility. The result is water that exceeds SANS 241:2015 drinking water standards — consistently pure, regardless of source variations.

No. Our sparkling water is pure RO water carbonated with food-grade CO₂ — zero sodium, zero additives, zero sweeteners. Soda water typically contains sodium bicarbonate or other salts. Our sparkling water has a clean, neutral profile that makes it ideal as a premium mixer or standalone refreshment.

Regular ice from tap water contains chlorine, minerals, and impurities that affect drink flavor and melt faster. Our crystal ice is made from RO purified water — slow-melting (30% longer), taste-neutral, and hygienically sealed. Essential for premium spirits where ice is 30% of the final pour.

Quality

Every production batch undergoes: (1) In-line monitoring of TDS, pH, conductivity, and flow rates; (2) Laboratory testing for microbiological parameters (E. coli, total coliforms, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, heterotrophic plate count); (3) Chemical analysis for heavy metals, nitrates, and disinfection by-products; (4) Sensory evaluation. Certificates of Analysis available per batch via QR code on packaging.

ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), SANS 241:2015 (South African National Standard for Drinking Water). Our facility is audited annually by SANAS-accredited bodies. Batch-level Certificates of Analysis are available for every production run.
